PRIVACY
Contact Request Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Code Crunch Labs handles information from its Google-authenticated contact and project-consultation form. It supplements our full Privacy Policy.
Information we collect
- Google identity information: a stable Google account identifier, verified email address, and the name Google returns with the identity token. We do not receive your Google password.
- Information you enter: name, LinkedIn profile, company or organization, project type, budget range, timeline, subject, and message, depending on the request type.
- Request records: submission time, source page, reference number, processing status, assignment, internal response notes, reply time, and archive status.
- Technical information: page URL, referring URL, browser user agent, and request metadata used for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
Why we use it
- Verify the sender and reduce automated spam or impersonation.
- Review, route, and respond to business and consultation requests.
- Maintain an accountable record of communications and follow-up.
- Protect the website, API services, and recipients from abuse.
- Comply with legal, contractual, accounting, and security duties.
Where the information is processed
The website is hosted by Vercel. Google Identity Services provides the sign-in credential. The request is routed through the Code Crunch Labs API Hub and consultation service using Google Apps Script. Authorized consultation records are stored in a restricted Google Sheet. Google and Vercel process information under their applicable terms and privacy notices.
Who can access it
Access is limited to authorized Code Crunch Labs personnel and service providers that need the information to operate, secure, and support the request process. We do not sell contact-request information or share it with third parties for their own advertising.
Retention
We normally retain contact and consultation records for up to 24 months after the last interaction. We may retain a record longer when reasonably necessary for an active engagement, legal or accounting obligations, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution. When no longer needed, records are deleted or anonymized.
Your choices and rights
You can decide not to sign in or submit the form. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the Data Vault or email request.codecrunchlabs@outlook.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Information you should not submit
Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal information in the contact form.
Updates
Effective and last updated July 26, 2026. We may update this notice when the contact workflow or service providers change.
